Since 1984, GreenThumb NYC has been kicking off the growing season by organizing the annual GreenThumb GrowTogether conference, with speakers, workshops, hands-on activities, and networking.

In preparation for this event Green thumb puts on a design contest where the official art for the conference t-shirt and materials is created. I’ve been lucky enough to have been the winning art for 2 years in a row. Each year they print out t-shirts for all of the volunteers and also have in person silk-screening workshops when you can print your own piece.
